We seek a highly skilled and experienced Technology Portfolio Manager to join our team. As the Technology Portfolio Manager, you will play a critical role in capturing requirements, providing subject matter expertise in operational technologies (including COTS), and offering programmatic, strategic, and technical guidance to management.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Strategic Direction: Assist clients in establishing the strategic direction for requirements and portfolio management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Requirements Management: Gather and vet requirements for hardware, software, and/or system engineering efforts. Ensure that requirements are complete, unambiguous, and concise.
• Technical Forums: Participate in engineering and operational review boards, as well as other technical forums. Facilitate the effective integration of technical solutions.
• Project Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project documentation and schedules for milestone briefings, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Communication: Facilitate internal and external communication with stakeholders. Provide highlights and written documentation of team accomplishments and concerns.
• Commitment Tracking: Track project commitments and ensure the timely preparation of responses to address project requirements and concerns.
• Stakeholder Briefings: Prepare briefings for appropriate stakeholders, ensuring that technical information is communicated in terms that are applicable and understandable to customers and stakeholders at various knowledge levels.
•  Top Secret Clearance: Must have a current Top Secret clearance with FSP
