UX Designer
We seek an outgoing and skilled UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UX Designer, you will conduct thorough research, offer insightful design solutions, and effectively communicate recommendations to the team. You will also collaborate with developers and stakeholders to design and iterate on features in an agile sprint process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with stakeholders, customers, and the development team. Clearly articulate UX recommendations and stand behind design decisions.
- Quick Learning: The ability to grasp user needs, goals, and business rules quickly, ensuring a deep understanding of the project requirements.
- Workflow Design: Expertise in understanding user workflows and translating them into effective wireframes and mockups of the UI.
- Wireframe Annotations: Skill in annotating wireframes for user story creation and facilitating a clear understanding for the development team.
- Agile Experience: Previous experience working within an Agile development environment, ensuring the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, iterative process.
- UI Design Implementation: I have proven experience creating and implementing UI designs, showcasing a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
- Versatility: Ability to wear multiple UX hats, contributing to different aspects of the UX process as needed.
- Prototyping: Proficiency in UX prototyping and tools to bring designs to life and validate concepts.
- Software Skills: Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes.
Qualifications:
- A passion for User Experience and Human Centered Design
- A learning mindset! We will pay for training and for you to get your UX certification.
- At least three years of professional experience working as a UX Designer
- Must be a US citizen with Poly clearance – required
